As the Information Systems Manager for Community High School District 99, Jim was in the position of trying to make an application purchased by the district meet their data analysis needs.  Since this was a problem for which he needed a solution, Jim chose the project as his Capstone.  After much research, Jim came to the conclusion that it simply was NOT the right application for the desired outcome.  Leaders take action and look for the best solutions for their district .  Jim has shared his process with us in this brief slide deck.
